Run & Grow Your Business

Your Business Attorney. Without the Unpredictable Legal Bill.

Many small businesses don’t need a full-time in-house counsel. They do need someone to call before signing an important contract, adding an owner, hiring a contractor, expanding the business, or making a decision with legal consequences. Accord Counsel™ memberships start at $295/month.

Accord Counsel™ is available to business owners in Eustis, Clermont, Mount Dora, Lake Mary, Heathrow, Winter Garden, Horizon West, Winter Park, Maitland, Windermere, Dr. Phillips and Orlando, including Baldwin Park, College Park, Lake Nona and downtown.

Why a membership

An attorney who knows your business before you need one

Accord Counsel™ gives Florida business owners ongoing access to business-law guidance for a predictable monthly fee. Instead of waiting until a legal problem becomes expensive, you have an attorney who becomes familiar with your business and helps you plan ahead.

Attorney access

A direct line to your business attorney for questions, reviews, and decisions as they come up.

Continuity

The same attorney, who already knows your entity, owners, contracts, and goals.

Strategic planning

Regular check-ins and planning conversations — not just reacting to problems.

Preventive advice

Review the contract before you sign it. Address the issue before it becomes a dispute.

Predictable expense

One monthly fee for covered services, so legal costs are easier to budget.

Preferred-client pricing

Members save 5–15% on eligible additional flat-fee business-law services.

Questions

Membership FAQs

No. Each plan includes a set amount of covered attorney time per quarter and per membership year. The membership is about having an attorney who knows your business and is available when decisions come up — the included time is a boundary on the membership, not the product.

Unused quarterly time may roll forward within the same membership year, but usage remains subject to the applicable quarterly limit and annual maximum. Unused time expires at the end of the membership year and has no cash value.

Work beyond the quarterly allowance requires a separate agreement or an additional flat-fee arrangement — and members receive a 5%, 10%, or 15% preferred-client discount on eligible flat-fee business-law services.

Yes. All Accord Counsel™ memberships are 12-month memberships.

No. Memberships do not include litigation, court appearances, arbitration, mediation representation, or contested disputes. We’ll discuss a separate engagement or referral when that kind of help is needed.
